Bob Keplinger started his career in transportation and logistics. He was managing teams by the time he was 19 and progressed through various roles and responsibilities including sales and operational management. He spent the majority of his career working for Fortune 1000 companies. He became well known as a turn around and positive change agent within these organizations and was very successful in the business units/divisions he was assigned to lead. After leading in management/executive positions for over 25 years, he started his ActionCOACH Franchise in May of 2012. Since that time, he has enjoyed a great deal of success working with and helping business owners accomplish their goals. He is currently a member of the ActionCOACH Presidents club and is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 coaches globally.

His philosophy toward business is very straightforward. There must be clear goals established that have both the short term and long-term impact of each. He believes that any business must realize that we build and strengthen the business one step at a time through clear leadership, highly trained and motivated employees along with best in class customer service. Through his coaching, the ability to ask great questions and present a different viewpoint that can come from an unbiased but caring 3rd party has led to breakthroughs with the businesses he has coached. Bob has a unique way of asking questions that help create clarity within an organization to facilitate change. Anyone who has worked with him realizes that he does not come to the table with all the answers but instead helps his clients forge strategies or accomplish milestones that they would not have been able to accomplish on their own.

Bob and his wife Sheri have been married for 35 years. They have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. He is an active member of his local church and volunteers at local events. He and is wife enjoy travel and outdoor activities which include an attempt at playing the game of golf.
